What is the minimum amount of time I can book a Montreal Executive Apartments stay?

Let us know what your requirements are and we will do our very best to accommodate your needs. The standard minimum stay is one month, with exceptions according to season and property availability.

Do your prices include tax?

No,
Taxes do not always apply. If your stay is 30 days or longer you are exempt and tax does not apply. If you stay is 29 days or less Quebec tax regulations apply. GST 5% QST 9.5% and a hotel tax of $3.00 per day. These taxes will automatically be added to the quote we send to you.

Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Yes,
We will send you a quote that includes a security deposit. We will inspect the suite after checkout and if no damage, theft or long distance/cable PPV charges are found the deposit will be refunded back to you. If we do find damage, theft or long distance/cable PPV charges, we will inform you and charge them against your security deposit. The balance will then be refunded to you.

Are utilities included in the price?

Yes,
Heat, hot water, electricity is included within normal usage limits (based on the previous 3 month average). If this limit is exceeded you will be held responsible and the excess charges will be added to your invoice. High speed WiFi internet is unlimited.

Do I need to provide insurance for personal items or civil responsibility?

Yes,
All guests must acknowledge and agree to hold MONTREAL EXECUTIVE APARTMENTS harmless of any and all claims related to loss, material or corporal damage.
